Is this achievable?

My last post was a bit of a larp, i wanted to see what people think. do you think it's possible for me to achieve this through Mt2/tanning drops, eyebrow dye, lash serums, hair dyes, lash dyes, accutane?

I know it looks hella zesty but it's the look I'm going for, do you think it's achievable?
