Is this an accurate depiction of what a rhino could do? Should i do it?

U don’t need rhino u need bimax

yeah sure but 5/6k for a rhino has a better price-impact effect than a bimax. I could do it but its more financially intelligent to get a rhino tbh but im not sure

Not really when the problem isn’t directly ur nose it’s the jaws

A bimax would dogmaxx him because the top half of his face would stand too far back, like this guy :

In the morph below, first slide roughly depicts the effect of bimax + rhino ( = dogmaxxed), and second slide shows what he would look like if everything but his nose could be advanced (ideal but unfeasible).

That said, aesthetics aside, you could argue in favor of a bimax if functional issues (breathing, chewing) really impact his quality of life.

Third morph with upper third augmentation could be achieved solely with browridge implant/fillers ?

a bimax wouldnt fix his nose lmao. He has a small overbite but not worth jaw surgery imo. Rhino is def needed

No, I advanced everything : eye, infra & supra orbital, nasion, browridge.
Look again at the gif, and focus on the nasion and glabella. The gap between before & after is at least 1 cm deep.

and do you think that the rhino morph i posted is doable or would the result be something like a straight nose?

yeah bro that's crazy it really shows how the rest is so hard to advance. you like implants can help? for nasion and glabella maybe cartilage graft during rhino?

I haven't seen any result from nasion augmentation. Feel free to share some, regardless of the method used (filler / graft / implant).
But it could be a good idea. Especially if the lower third isn't advanced any further with a bimax. It may balance things out and would reduce the visual impact of shallow facial depth.
Anyway, I suspect it would take a few additional steps to achieve an harmonious side profile. We would need to see the front profile as well to determine whether or not all these procedures could significantly improve it too. For instance, based on this side profile pic, I believe @iblameferreira to have a rather long philtrum and a rather short chin, which would logically have a negative impact on his front profile.

Here's a potential blueprint :

And a rough simulation of the combined results :

I think it looks quite good. Less ideal than the morph in my previous post, but still a dramatic improvement from the starting point, without involving the invasiveness of a bimax.
