appreciate itlooks good
yeah sure but 5/6k for a rhino has a better price-impact effect than a bimax. I could do it but its more financially intelligent to get a rhino tbh but im not sureU don’t need rhino u need bimax
Not really when the problem isn’t directly ur nose it’s the jawsyeah sure but 5/6k for a rhino has a better price-impact effect than a bimax. I could do it but its more financially intelligent to get a rhino tbh but im not sure
A bimax would dogmaxx him because the top half of his face would stand too far back, like this guy :U don’t need rhino u need bimax
yo thanks thats an amazing analysisA bimax would dogmaxx him because his upper third would stand too far back, like this guy :

Great bimax result from r/JawSurgery
His movements were UJ-> Advanced 5,5mm, descended 4mm LJ-> Advanced 11mm Genio-> Advanced 2mm, descended 3mm No significative rotation. I also found one that looks over advancedlooksmax.org
In the morph below, first slide roughly depicts the effect of bimax + rhino ( = dogmaxxed), and second slide shows what he would look like if both his upper and lower thirds could be advanced (ideal but unfeasible).

That said, aesthetics aside, you could argue in favor of a bimax if functional issues (breathing, chewing) really impact his quality of life.

No, I advanced everything : eye, infra & supra orbital, nasion, browridge.Third morph with upper third augmentation could be achieved solely with browridge implant or fillers ?
and do you think that the rhino morph i posted is doable or would the result be something like a straight nose?a bimax wouldnt fix his nose lmao. He has a small overbite but not worth jaw surgery imo. Rhino is def needed
yeah bro that's crazy it really shows how the rest is so hard to advance. you like implants can help? for nasion and glabella maybe cartilage graft during rhino? No, I advanced everything : eye, infra & supra orbital, nasion, browridge.
Look again at the gif, and focus on the nasion and glabella. The gap between before & after is at least 1 cm deep.
I haven't seen any result from nasion augmentation. Feel free to share some, regardless of the method used (filler / graft / implant).implants can help? for nasion and glabella maybe cartilage graft during rhino?
