lost 7.6 pounds in 20 days, is there a way to make it even faster or nah. recommend low calorie drinks or foods that will keep me full the whole day please

There is no faster way to lose more while eat to keep you foul , you want to loose faster just put the fork down if you wnat to lose more eat less food and closer to keto nothing else but not productive for growth

yes but i need to eat something or ill be physically sick so id prefer it be something filling instead of a mcdonalds cheeseburger for the whole day

I can tell you but i don't recommend if you're still grow and under 18 and bot fully developed but it works

i'm turning 20 in a few months so i doubt i have any room to grow anymore lmk

Ok this worked hella on me and my patients but i could get a lot money from this but i don't recommend on anyone who is not willing to do it.
So, is basically real starve, you don't eat for 4 days and drink max 1L of water the day then you'll gonna eat red meat(cooked or raw) and raw egg whites only to hit your protein goal and keep you full. Then you don't eat again for 2 days and drink max 900ml of water combined all this with 5x gym and cardio like walking and then you can keep with eating only the same i said or just do a cheat meal and then reapeat again or you can just start with eating only 500-800 calories max from red meat and raw egg whites only to hit your protein goal everyday it's very harmful but it has crazy results but I do not recommended the first one i said is gonna work more but only if you're 20%- the other works at 30%- be careful
