My advice, change things you can control, lower body fat would help. Then after look at it from there. Look at male model side profiles, you're going for the 0.00001% of men and the 0.01% of models and futhermore people who have that kind of face were born with great genetics anyway and still had to have further surgeries. You don't need to be the best of the best, it's like bodybuilding, eventually you're only impressing looks autists with your crimson chin. I'm not gonna go into what surgeries you can get cause I'm not knowledgeable in that area.
