no, ur cheekbones wont magically grow and ur nose wont slim down magically either, mandible and masseter growth is indeed possible tho (Edit: i just noticed u said with surgery, this is deffo doable with implants/ fillers)

Yeah, it’s possible

Just rhino and maybe a lil jaw filler or masseter hypertrophy

Since the change in your jaw is quite small, masseter hypertrophy would probably be enough to get there
