Is this body achievable for my shit hourglass body untrained though

I’m 16 but My body is genuinely dogshit. But surprisingly enough a lot of users said I have great proportions and a frame but shit fat genetics.

Kinda makes sense since I have a narrow waist and decently wide shoulders. But cmon now this shit looks like an hourglass.

But hey apparently hourglass is ideal holy shit.


Anyways can lifting strength training and eating at a maintenance work for me. I’m gonna eat 200 grams of protein everyday.

Speaking of my stack it’s nothing crazy since I’m spending most of allowance on hgh.

So 5 iu of hgh everyday
25 mg of ai
Taking some supplements like vit d zinc mg copper.


Currently: 5’11 70 kg around 20 % bf

Goal: Wanna get to 10 % bf atleast and build muscle

I dont think you need to cut, get your nutrition right and build muscle, when I was your age I wasn't in the best shape either but everything changes once you reach 18-19 your body starts to look more like an adult

I dont think you need to cut, get your nutrition right and build muscle, when I was your age I wasn't in the best shape either but everything changes once you reach 18-19 your body starts to look more like an adult
I forgot to mention yeah I’m not cutting can’t do while I’m on gh to sustain my intake. I’m on maintainance

You gotta lose weight first then blast steroids and you’ll have the proportions but not the shape bc your insertions arnt that good

(but it’s still growing)

How many years realistically would I have to work to get that naturally. I can’t pin t till I’m 19 due to financial reasons as I’m spending so much on my gh and other stuff

why are u blocking e without pinning test?
That’s for a different route not for e 2 conversion reasons but for height and to prevent growth plates getting closed

What about the body situation though. Looking at my frame and everything.

I have to train natty till I’m 18 or 19.

Yeah true dht only increases body hair right? And makes u bald. Don’t know much about that.

But my question was if I could achieve that body I showed in like 6 to 12 months

Depends on your metabolism and how your body responds to gym maxing, for example when I was your age I worked out a lot (and hard) you name it, endurance, muscle building, push pull leg split, strength and body weight but I didnt build even 50% of what I build right now at 20, realistically I think 2 years is more than enough to achieve it
