Is this botox lip flip realistic?

i calculated her philtrum to be ~3 mm shorter. apparently this is just botox. of course angles play some part, maybe they photoshopped it or abused distortion or smth but is this possible in general?

wanna get it done for flat long philtrum as i need both curvature and shortening

yes this is possible, theres a sub category in a BOTB thread i read not too long ago, if i can find it ill link it, but it basically spoke about this and other lip filler. Id specifically say this is what your going for when talking to your specialist though
