When you think of the word natty, the guy on the far right is what comes to your mind initially. What about the Jiu Jiutsu guy here on the far left? Is that achieveable natty? My guess is he is prolly around 13% bf.

(6’3 btw) :ogre:

Under your oneitis bedsheets.

Regardless you get my point.
seriously when you said that free weights are better than machines , you're just saying dumb stuff

It’s really hard to look that big when you're low bf and natty. His upper chest for example is looking really thick considering his bf. On top of that, he’s 6'3" which makes it even harder to fill out. He also has the tell-tale roid traps.

You never know for sure because there are legit freaks out there with perfect genetics for building muscle (naturally sky high T and low myostatin production). He's either an extreme outlier or on compounds

And I stand with my point.

Both will build muscles yes and if looking big is the only thing you are after then go for it. You will have a gymcelling journey almost injury free and safe.

But if you are like me and with the type of competitive people around me, gymcelling has now gotten boring. Every nerd around me is just now into it. What’s more impressive is a combination of combat sports (a statusmaxxing hobby) and athletics, mostly track. Both of which will be a heck ton easier if you just learned how to balance a bar and do free weights. Why? Cause free weights lifting and cables are transferable to real world movements.

I’ve squatted on the smith machine and I’ve squatted with free weights; I’ve gained way more IOIs and eyes locking when I squat on the free weight section albeit ditching 15-20 lbs off the bar while doing so compared to the smith. Take it how you want but imo it just shows that you are ready for the real world in a subtle way.

Still cant see the chad bro 😂

maybe its achievable but hes already in coping gymcel territory. u dont need so much muscles anyway

Maybe with top tier genetics and like 5-10 years of training

just have the correct genetics and you're good. if you got 9 inch wrists then proceed

Is this question real? I doubt you have ever trained in gym.

99 percent of people who create content related to bodybuilding are NOT natty Otherwise, they wouldn't even be visible on social media with their natural ass physique.

Right guy is not natty as well. No one gets this physique naturally. This low body fat percentage with these upper torso/shoulder mass is impossible unless you are genetically gifted. He has one in a million tier genetics if he got this naturally but i dont think so.

You wont get better after 3 years of training. You basically try to maintain peak achievable muscle mass after 3 years.

95 percent of the work is already done in 3 years.

No human being in this damn planet has genetic potential of achieving this naturally as well.

The right one yesedt one fuck no even with crazy genetics and consistency

Not saying this is a NATURAL physique, nor should you WANT this physique. But I defo think you can achieve this or something similiar with really good genetics. And honestly I feel like he looks bigger in terms of muscle a lot more than he actually is. It's more so a really wide frame, tall. With a shit ton of muscle. But not naturally unatainable

As someone who used to do bodybuilding a decent amount. This aint really too accurate

Delulu at some point , but i get your point , you are a smart fellow for noticing this side no one talks about .
looking big imo is better at the long road .
the thing is you can run calisthenics or a fighting hobby or any hobby that increase status rather than using freeweights that could lead you to injuries

If this dude right here is not natty then I wouldn’t wanna start a gymcelling journey at all :feelskek:
Some dudes around me who haven’t seen the inside of a gym have this physique.

His whity nipples, chest-abs mass blow the whistle on his juice status. Its clear.
then I wouldn’t wanna start a gymcelling journey at all
Yea you shouldn't unless you take some juice. Basic cardio stuff is enough to stay healthy and fit. If your main motivation is looks then take some juice.

LOL. Never. You cant have this clean abs (means very low bf) with upper torso/shoulders/arms muscle mass naturally.

Either you need starvemax to have visible abs with frail upper torso and arms
OR
You may have this upper torso/shoulder/arms with way more bf but now your abs are invisible due to high bf. (the dudes around you fall into this category, they may lie to you as well like many gymcels do)

Edit: If other dude is 6'3 then probably right guy is around there too (6'1-6'3). This height makes it even more impossible now.

No, anyone above 100kg is going to be roided 99% of the time or either trained for 5+ years
