The chin looks recessed yes but the problem is the ramus, it’s too tall, yes tall ramus is ideal but not this tall and the ramus should be slightly inclined according to both modern and classic facial aesthetics, the ramus here looks too straight

See an ortho about your underbite and he'll tell you what to get, but i personally wouls recommend bsso/bimax.
