Hi all, so basically my whole life up until late teens I never truly cared about looks. Moreso was focused on sports and stuff so never paid attention. Once that ended I started to realize things around me and compare my looks to other people once I got told I needed jaw surgery. And ever since then I’ve had a lot more anxiety around people and constantly on edge of how there gonna treat me and what looks I’m gonna get. I had a good friend group growing up so I’m able to talk to people pretty well once I get told know them but everything before that like compelled strangers I’m constantly on edge and my mind works a lot slower cause of the anxiety around people. Is this neurodivergence or just high inhib/anxiety? I do think I’m not attractive and it’s been proven in most interactions I have where I’m treated like I’m slow or weirdly, don’t ever get bullied though. Any advice? I’m 22 btw
