GABA needs niacin to cross the BBB.
Even GABA+B3 (picamilon) is nothing like Phenibut. Phenibut is a very strong drug with addiction, tolerance, dependence, withdrawal potentials. I still think it’s the most addictive drug I’ve ever taken out of maybe 40-45
