I'll tell you what I know regarding this but I'm not 100% certain , I could be wrong about some details. It's called the supraorbital brow ridge, and just for context, supra means above in in this instance, as in it's above the orbitals, so supraorbital isn't necessarily a bone(It's just the position). It just delineates what's above your orbitals; the brow ridge is the bone, and it plays a part in how low set your brows are

Then there's your supraorbital rims, which also determine how low or high set your eyebrows are
