I’ve seen some stuff about this I’m assuming it’s probably mainly cope just like 99% of other “looksmaxxing” methods but localized vibration therapy.
I’ve seen videos of women after menopause with osteoporosis doing it with like a vibration plate that they stand on but there are some studies on this suggestion it can increase bone formation such as “Vibration therapy: clinical applications in bone” a study done in 2015 that claims “low magnitude high frequency vibration therapy improves bone strength by increasing bone formation and decreasing bone resorption.” And a couple more studies I’m not gonna quote right here but could this be useful if done locally such as getting a vibration device and using it directly on facial bones? any thoughts? Anyone try this?
