Only keep skincare add ghkcu and tretinoin if possible but idk what your skin looks like im assuming youre ugly as shit get low dose hgh its great for anti aging

Bonesmashing is pointless none of these dogshit methods work. Look this is a personal theory from personal experience but going to the gym raised my DHT to extreme levels when I was 16 and suddenly I built a chad lower third so try that and if it doesn't work surgery time

i been going to the gym for a week now. i’ve had a membership since i was 13 but i can’t stay consistent ill go for a few days then stop and ive finally gotten into it. any other ways to boost dht besides maxing ur health?

Not much tbh just eat healthy fats, good sleep and less stress. The only way to get it up real high is proper resistance training

alright sounds good. i eat lots of healthy fats and sleep 9+ hrs every night and don’t have a job and go outside for at least 2 hours so i dont stress. i also do U/L and do low reps high weight and follow the science based shit
