Not much tbh just eat healthy fats, good sleep and less stress. alright sounds good. i eat lots of healthy fats and sleep 9+ hrs every night and don’t have a job and go outside for at least 2 hours so i dont stress. i also do U/L and do low reps high weight and follow the science based shitNot much tbh just eat healthy fats, good sleep and less stress.
