no he just has a high gonial angle and it makes his jaw looks downswing but its normal, sadly its all genetics so he can't change his gonial angle but still looks good anyways

Implants ?
The thing is you can't add anything backwards behind the ramus, and the lengthening of the ramus without getting bad dehiscence is like 10 mm maximum

That’s wrong, you can

That’s wrong, you can
Yeah you could go longer maybe 1,5 cm but it will lead to dehiscence and your massetter will not be on it. Wrap around might be able to do more I don't know

And if you mean extend becakwards then you can't, because this will lead your implant to show, I have talked with surgeons

Yes you can, and It
as long as the implant isn’t too large

Ofc if you get 10cn meme psl implant sure it will

1.5cm is all you need

Realsticly ccw Bimax + a ramus implant is all you need to fix any kind of Gonial angle, if your still downgrown after that it was beyond over for you

Yes but that is what I am saying for some it's over. And CCW will also be limited for some depending on occlusion, and you can't still add backwards length so if your ramus is not straight you can't make it straight. And for most people with some growth including myself the ramus is sloping which is also a reason why gonial angle is fucked

Yes you can, whonthebfuck told you that you couldn’t? A implant their could easily make your ramus appear more straight, by this logic chin impamnts are impossible

You see this, you can't add anything behind gonia. And the whole ramus is more straight on the left one or the less white one. Implants can only add vertical length along the slope else it will look fucked

ISNANE cope, I asked giant about this a long time ago about the possibility of moving the ramus backwards with a ostemoty , he said it’s possible but it’s not recommended and instead implants are instead for that case

Are you fucking retarded ? You would need a implant from the TMJ down to the gonions to make it straight, you must have negative iq. You can't make the ramus straight you fucking moron

Don’t have to do that, you don’t need to go up to the tmj, you can place a small implant at the back of the ramus to make it appear more straight, the only issue with a slanted ramus is the shitty inward Gonions it causes

Yeah but it will still only follow the slanting angle, and the there are people with slanted ramus with outward gonions. But the slanting does make your jaw look shorter even if your chin etc isn't recessed

This is the best possible gonial angle this case could get with implants, and that wouldnt be possible because you can't lengthen the ramus that much vertically

Try to this and you will have implant show and possible other shitty complication because the implant is so far behind the slanted ramus

Rarely,99% of the time slanted ramus = inward Gonions. I know it does it makes your jaw frontal angle worse as well that’s why its so important fix

Doesn’t have to be that big, small improvement is better the none

Look to fix downgrowth ccw Bimax + ramus implants should be enough Realsticly for 90% of downgrown people

And you still want to have some downgrowth or else you will look like Minecraft Steve

And if both those combined still can’t fix your downgrowth well you were never meant to be born anyway

I mean sloped ramus is more common than not, and yes outward gonions are common on sloped ramus. I mean maybe we are talking about extreme slope here. And yes I agree that CCW and jaw angle is enough for 90%, but enough for what ? To look better than before or remove any symtom of down ward growth? Because to remove any symtom the gonial angle need to be atleast 105 and lower which most people will not reach if you have any downwardgrowth.

lol you can’t remove any symptom of downgrowth that’s just retarted, unless you wanna look like minecraft Steve
