i do 4*neck curl and 1*side neck curl 3 times a week,i do progressive overload and keep a track at reps etc,Is this enough for neck growth?

Usually people say it's better to prefer high reps when doing neck curls. Might be because of safety too.another question; does neck grow more from volume aka higher reps or heavier weights?
