I do OHP 2 times a week and incline bench 1 time a week. Im like a couple months into lifting

Just twice a week is good. If you really want to emphasize growth on a certain muscle group then go ahead and do 3 days a week for a couple weeks.Should I do ohp 3 times a week or is this more than enough
