Is this enough volume for arms or should I add curls?

Full body 3x a week

Incline press 4x8-12
Barbell row 4x8-12
Overhead press 4x8-12
Upright row 4x8-12
Tricep push downs 4x8-12
Forearm curls 4x25

On the main compound lifts 2 of the 4 sets are warmups at 50% of my working weight, then the other 2 are working sets.

My arms have barely grown compared to my quads and it's pissing me off. Am I being impatient or should I add more volume. I only started doing tricep isolation like a month and a half ago

Are these exercises you do in a single session??? I really suggest you re structure your program. Do push/pull or full-body workouts 2/3 times a week

But in terms of arms, if you add curls, that would be enough if you're doing 10-20 sets a week close to failure in terms of reps

You can never do too many curls, anyone who says otherwise is trying to steal your gains

If you want your arms grow, of course, you should add curls

I've never done curls, but have big arms and bug bicep, don't see the point in curls, use limited time to do more important moves

Depends on you. Listen to your body.
