well, ive searched far enough, this is what ive got.
For growth :
- Vit d3 / k2
- Zinc
- Resistance training 5* week
- hit 3* week
- cold exposure 4* week
- Sleep 9-10hrs a day
Fix posture :
- Dead hangs max*3 ( 2-3 times per week )
For skin :
Ngl everything the same just saw that i should get a moisturizer + sunscreen + cleanser.
I have bad red ahh cheeks also like red bumps everywhere on my forehead and rages when sweating
Didn't finish puberty yet soo ig that's it. What can i add besides roids.
