yet to see a single result from a surgery that changes eye shape that ends up being anything above satisfactory

maybe if you already have pct and similar pfl, then just tightening lower lid w/ retraction surgery would work

I agree with the pfl part but wouldn't a canthoplasty give you good results if you had nct but a good pfl?

I’ve seen quite a few cantho results but all of them end up looking weird or alien. Maybe it’s because they go overboard with the PCT, making it look feminine. Masculine PCT is basically neutral tilt but with a downswung medial canthus.

This is what I’ll be hoping to achieve when I get cantho

I have slight nct in my left eye and it's not even noticeable. I have above average ipd, pfl and godly under eye support

If your trying to change pfl no that’s impossible

but tight lower lids With support and no upper eyelid exposer are doable

seems like your eye area is good then, but i have no idea how you can get surgery to tighten the lower lid with already great under eye support.
