Is this possible with Catho + lower eyelid retraction and infra orbital rim implants? i have an uneven lower eyelid on my left eye which i raised up

Only thing changed is lower lids lift, no widening eyes it creates the illusion of wider eyes since i also adjusted the canthal tilt too
