Is this fixable with a nose job or is it midface hypoplasia?

My nose is deviated to the left heavily causing it to look twisted and overly narrow, but I can’t find a clear answer to if my nostril asymmetry is because of the deviation or if my left side of my maxilla is canted or underdeveloped like midface hypoplasia? Obviously u can see my nasal bones leading to the bridge are way different in each side since it’s leaning to the left and my nostril base looks more inward on my left side as well. Can I fix all this with a septorhinoplasty like my ent suggested or is my underlying structure off and if so why is my right side more normal. Give me recommendations pls.

The best bet is that you get a x ray of your nose from front face and side profile and bring them to a specialist oral and maxillofacial surgeon and they’ll adress the problem better and the cause but you need to be sincere with them and tell them if you have any functional problems and they’ll do the best analysis instead of self diagnosis
