Title. I don't think I'm talking to a bunch of dead end losers. I genuinely don't believe that. I think I'm talking to people who've just been knocked down a few too many times people who are tired frustrated, and maybe a little lost right now. But that doesn't mean it's over for you.

I was invited to some obscure Discord server where supposedly only "popular" users/forum "gangsters" are allowed

Many of them joined the voice chat and turned on their cameras

That's exactly how all they looked..

All my respect for them and their threads and everything they "represent" / their "aura" on the forum / my respect for them was flushed down the toilet in 2 seconds..

I think forums like .is and 4chan and even some subreddits are the bottom of the barrel.

Org is mostly filled with normies who found out about the site from TikTok, people who genuinely are trying to improve themselves but also spend time on here for fun, and people who have given up on life and just ldar.

There’s other kinds of people on this forum but I’m not gonna name all of them.

I'm a NEET who does not leave the basement. I have no friends because I couldn't stand normiectivities so I cut off any type of relationship I had with the world outside.

In that sense I'm bottom of the barrel I guess.

But in terms of intelligence and knowledge I'm well above average.
