Is this forum inaccessible in China?

I also haven’t met anyone who’s a native of Chad, Congo, Sudan just yet but South Africans and Nigerians here are common afaik.

how would you even find out about this forum if you live in china. maybe in a society like south korea, i could see it if some posts go viral in south korea and they add a korean section.

I’m in Hong Kong and I use .org without a vpn so technically yes but in mainland no.

That’s a decent but crowded place. People speak good enough English there. I believe there is some different constituency for you people? Something government related that’s not fully controlled by the communists of the china if I’m not wrong.

Macau would be the only other place where this site is accessible without a VPN. HKSAR has its own sovereignty for everything besides defense and foreign affairs. Education, taxes, healthcare, etc is all set by common law. It would be reasonable to conclude that it is a capitalist city.
