just look the package and you can see 2 kinds of fats , saturated fats or unsaturated. try to avoid the unsaturated the most so best fats are from butter and coconutoil and trash vegatble oils thats already a step in the good direction

If you eat mostly natural animal foods you don't need to worry about PUFAs, PUFAs are really a problem in modern foods which have not only unnaturally high amounts of omega 6 and 9 but also ratios of PUFAs that are all over the place. PUFAs are supposed to exist in only small amounts in a natural ratio, and they should never be consumed in oil form.

My other issue is that the main guy who talks about this stuff is Ray Peat and while he is right on PUFAs he's wrong about so much else. He thinks sugar is healthy, which contradicts his take on PUFAs. PUFAs are bad due to causing inflammation and oxidative stress. So does sugar. Humans are supposed to only consume PUFAs in low, naturally-available levels, and the same is true of sugar.
