i’m 183cm barefoot when i wake up maybe 184 but i go down to like 181-182cm in the afternoon/night cause the spine compresses
so am i 181 or 183cm?
or can i just say frauded 183cm? even tho it’s not frauded cause that’s actually my height when i wake up
