Let me know if pics are realistic representation of a genio morph.

Also if u could give me a rating of where i fall in facial attraction(i understand its hard with eyes redacted). And also ways i could ascend, Bimax is NOT an option.

absolutely realistic, yes. looks about 8mm advancement but depends on your skull size. if you have an MRI, check with soft tissue mode distance between your chin and lower lip. your advancement is completely within normal range. 6mm is generally considered safe and no resorption as one surgeon told me, >6mm will probably end with 20% bone resorption, however its still considered stable. so if you do 10mm, after 6 months about 8mm will remain

consider also rhino during the same op. the second round is lips and ears (less critical). and remove this cunt's hair from your upper lip

so if i want about 10mm afvancement i should probably initially go abit over 12mm or so for after resorption?

Hahah nobody digs the stash 😂 So u think genio and rhino? do u think any jawline implants/ filler would benefit enough to justify the cost in my case? also i have grown my hair out since so ears arent as big a concern. And finally, Do you think for aesthetics purely, would i benefit more from a genio or a bimax, analysing its cost to benefit for aesthetics only

filler migrates and bunch of other issues. implants - bone resorption, instability, just uncanny result. dont go with this shit. osteotomy only. for aesthetics look for genio or chin wing

its probably enough of 6-8mm in your case. 10-12mm is overkill generally, unless you have literally no jaw and you look like a balloon on a thread

you look like you could benefit from a double jaw surgery. idk where you are from but in germany insurance would probably cover it in your case

Im in Ireland and you have to be reallyyyyy bad to even be considered to be covered, and even still takes around 4 years to finally get it done considering waiting times here. So its an option, but id have to pay for it in the future, either way just to campuflage the insecurity id want to get a genio or chin implant untill then

Filler on chin is safe option tbh since it could only travel by gravity.

Use fillers at temporary solution, then get money yes and do other shit. Sounds good for me.

His whole lower maxilla seem recessed for me. Probably bimax/bimax+genio needed. I doubt insurance would cover it unless you tell them it gives you breath problems. And then - aesthetically it would be better than before, but not better if it would be done by aesthetics surgeons.

Could camouflage it with fillers or growing a beard tbh.

no it wont, and you can dissolve it pretty much easily anyways.
yes it will. always. that's the whole point of fillers lol. why do this if it will dissolve and migrate literally in a few months?

btw i was a bit wrong here. seems that mostly resorption is coming on vertical axis (ramus). check long term stability of chin wing paper https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jormas.2021.07.003
