get a mild pump and stand around on the beach with light hitting you from the side, don't make it obvious that you're posing, you can flex your lats but pretend you're not, lean against a rock or some shit and use a tripod so it looks like you didn't obviously take it, there's clickers for this, hide the hand you're using for it behind your back.
