Is this good enough for ‘framemaxxing’ while on mast and test?

I’ve done 4 injections already (2 x 100mg mast e and 2 x 150mg test e) and started going gym this week while doing lateral raises (7.5kg x 10) in sets until failure shoulder press (60kg x 10 in sets until failure) and skull crushers (15kg x10) until failure. Pls tell me what I need to add in tryna blow up delts as much. Rn I’m lanky.

why skull crushers if you wanna work your delts

I also do ez bar curls for biceps but not as much as the original exercises.

so youre already blasting but havent tried lifting before and dont have any idea on what to do?

Initially I was blasting solely for dimorphic effects but I might as well lift too.

its not like adding more excercises in the same day will somehow make you bigger only overtrain you if anything, just do like the 3 most popular excercises for each muscle group to failure and ur good
