Mmm I don't know, like all dark features, brown eyes tend to be more dominant, I also have family with Celtic eyes but at least half of us have brown eyes

I would say that there is a good percentage of having children with Celtic eyes if you have the genes even if you have brown eyes, as long as you reproduce with someone of white race.
