is this good progress for 4 months of committed lifting

started lifting properly late september but only properly dieting in early defember

eating 125-150g of protein a day and 2300 calories (300 below my maintenance) cuz i was skinny fat

gone from 78kg to 69.5 from september to feb

at the start i had no muscle and was basically an unathletic blob jfl
