I am a doctor:
- Increasing thyroid without aromatase inhibitor will close your growth plates faster
- that supplement won't do shit
- take ashwagandha it will boost t3 and t4 quite significantly. (500-1000mg a day, higher than whats in that)

Yeah obviously that's why I put "- Increasing thyroid without aromatase inhibitor will close your growth plates faster" the prevention is the same even though the mechanisms are slightly different

Is there anything else I can really do? I've grown half an inch in 2-2.5 months and during that time, I was taking 5000 IU D3 and L-arginine with L-Ornithine with 5-mg zinc and 250 mg of magnesium but maybe it's just natural growth

I don't want to block estrogen because I can fuck up my estrogen
