So my plan is:
Monday,Wednesday,Friday,Sunday : Only Breakfast
Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday: Breakfast and Lunch
Gym - Monday - Friday + 20min Cardio (20min, 4.5k/h 5 incline)
I want to maintain the muscles that i already have so the lunch and breakfast should have a lot of protein.
The way to reduce my appetite is nicotine,cafeine and water.
THE QUESTION IS:
Would this work????
