I don't think he is a cute cell and the group of women that are into these types of cute/feminine guys is not niche, it is large enough for those types of guys to thrive. You can see women comment on chico videos saying the opposite, that chico is too feminine and they prefer someone like Gandy and you have women with entirely opposite opinion.
