Is this guy considered a Chad?

When I used to work in a restaurant a this one guy and his sister came in one day and said I looked exactly like this guy and they thought I was a Hollywood actor. I do look similar to this guy and for some reason a lot of people, particularly black people think that I’m a light skin. I am 6’0 and pretty jacked and since I’m on cycle I am getting that athlete football player look. This guy played a football player in the show “All American” and girls were drooling over him. I’m wondering if I should get a perm and short haircut to lightskinmaxx. I think it’s a really good pheno and combined with height and a good body it can give me insane athlete halo. Is this guy considered a Chad?

He has an ugly smile which throws things off. For some reason his lips thin we he does this. Aside from that he would be Chadlite at best.
