He claims working out and supplements grew him a chin and jawline. FYI he is 25 in the before pics and 29 now.

Looks like obvious jaw surgery to me. He had a weak chin and short face beforehand.

Is he lying?

Is that even the same person? Jaw surgery doesn't give you a jaw like that. Has to be implant(s).
