I don't think he has proganthism tbh. He has the opposite of it in fact his teeth are titled inwards in the other pics he posted This guy is from lookism btwSomewhat, but he has severe dentoalveolar protrusion making his chin look worse than it actually is.
Usually, the lower incisors become upright during puberty and cause mandibular arch crowding but for some people it doesn't due to various reasons.

It's the angle. I have it to some degree and it can look flat based on the angle. Only a lateral ceph will tell you the truth, but the outward appearance of his mentolabial and lips are enough infoI don't think he has proganthism tbh. The incisor protrusion? Unfortunately I think only extractions can solve that. That would worsen the overbite(dental decompensation; overbite as the features I described earlier are a part of Class 2, Division 1 malocclusion) which then makes the person ready for a mandibular/double-jaw osteotomy.Can it be fixed tho
