is my current stack Cope ? (AI helped me with what it does)

L-Carnitine
Supports fat metabolism & may improve energy levels.
Some users report better vascularity and mental sharpness.

Ashwagandha
Reduces cortisol, boosts testosterone slightly, improves sleep & calmness.
Good for stress management and recovery.

Nitric (Pump booster)
Enhances blood flow & pump during workouts — might make you look more “filled out.”

Creatine
Classic muscle volumizer. Helps strength, fullness, recovery.
Cheap and proven.

Vitamin B complex
Supports energy metabolism, skin, hair & nerve health.
Subtle but worth it if you’re deficient.

Vitamin D3
Essential for testosterone, bone health, mood & immune system.
Almost everyone is deficient — must-have.

Magnesium Citrate
Helps with muscle relaxation, sleep & reducing cramps.
Pairs well with Ashwagandha for chill/sleep stack.

MK-677 (Ibutamoren) – 30mg
Growth hormone secretagogue. Can improve recovery, skin, sleep & fullness.
BUT expect water retention, hunger, and maybe fatigue. Long-term use = caution.

well you will make slightly better gym progress and be less anxious, nothing more. Mk677 can be quite good if you have high endogenous gh production and dont get fat from the appetite increase

Complete waste of money bro just take test, dm if u need help but if ur fear is going infertile is hugely overblown, and no matter what u will always be able to use HCG if u are trying for a baby for example.

Go on forums like mesorx and see what people in Denmark do.

i also really hate needles and would rater orals and stuff like that if possible
Ur just not blackpilled enough then. No one loves needles. When u pin IM with 29g needle its very underwhelming and not painful at all.

I have gone through all the SARMs research, I even ran a bit of RAD & MK whilst on test. Theres a reason they are all not approved. Because they are fucking dogshit. Test is necessary. Arguably u could do 1 pin a week trt and use orals if u really hated pinning that much but I wouldnt recommend.

bro most of what you listed is just basic health supplements (vit d3, creatine, carnitine, magnesium). they're not some "half natty stack" — they'll help if you're deficient but they won't magically give you a jawline or 10 lbs of lean mass. ashwagandha is an adaptogen that lowers cortisol and chills you out; at high doses it can make you feel sedated and unmotivated. mk 677 isn't a vitamin at all, it's a gh secretagogue; expect water bloat, appetite spikes and insulin resistance if you abuse it, and long‑term gh elevation has organ/bone risks. if you're 16 you shouldn't be touching sarms or secretagogues at all. focus on eating properly, lifting heavy, sleeping 8 h and keeping bf in check — that's what actually improves your looks.
