a user here told me to go eat so he inspired me and me and uncle joe went tothe back of thetrailerr last wreek and hunted a deer and so this is week old venison with spinach and leaves i read on a vegan article that it gives u plant energy and yall told me be healthy but idgaf i love mac n chees i have to eihter eat mac n cheese or pizza w every meal andtthen some old ass crumbled tater chips that i foundi n the corner of my room that was half eaten

Venison is good bro. Good macronutrients. I would suggest eating protein pizza if you only like eating pizza and adding whey protein to mac and cheese. You may be severely micronutrient deficient but you are already borderline retard so it doesn't matter.
