If you're an average height male - let's say 5 foot 8 to 5 foot 10, you have god tier genetics.

Consider this, why is the average height the average height? Because that's what nature intended to be the most optimal - you are not sub par because you aren't tall, in fact you are perfect since you meet nature's standard ideally.
