What else would i need? I have 70kg in plates total. Is it possible to gain muscle with this small equipment?

I'm not sure about "gain" but you can easily maintain with 70kg

If you're focused strength wise, definitely not

I am training since so long, and cant get stronger than 75kg 5x5. I dont know why its not possible for me to get stronger.

i'd go for calisthenics tbh

Rope (for cardio)

Bad form maybe? also strength training focus on less reps

Can be mental thing too, when I know there's someone spotting me I can push quite a bit heavier than I do on my own

Do you have dumbbells? If so then yeah that's fine, just get a gym membership unless it's locked down for you.

Set that punching bag up and start learning from YouTube videos,MMA is great for physique.
