I natrually mew now without thinking about it but yes i spent a good amount of my looksmaxxing time chewing and mewing for my lower third . Gonna start training my neck soon

The results i achieved took 1 year . I stayed the same body fat and all of it was bone change . My chin came forward , my eyes got more hooded and cheekbones look like theyre buldging out of my face . If i can find a before picture i will post it to this thread.
