I didnt have any filler. But they do appear smaller now. They fluctuate size depending on life style I think tbh.

It's about the ratios. Mouth to nose, mouth to bigonial. The lower lip should be bigger than upper lip. 1/3 to 2/3 ratio. So like if upper lip thickness/height is 1cm, then lower should be 2cm.
