is this isotretinoin course gonna save me?

if im already on tretinoin .05% now for 2 months and now im hopping on accutane 10mg for the next 6 months is this gonna be sure to eliminate my acne? as in is there any contingencies i gotta be prepared for

drop tret and hop on accutane... accutane works after like 2-3 months and is a 6 month course and tret is like 8-12 month course
