Honestly can't tell if this is just a lot of grease combined with a cowlick or if I'm genuinely fucked. Been on Finasteride for a year and a half now. Took pics brushed and messy.

Nah not really just a normal cowlick, I wouldn't stress over it. But I'd keep an eye for it.
