You don't get paid for the difficulty of your job. You simply get paid as little as possible so the business can profit off you as much as possible. Value created by a worker - wages = profit. Workers get paid less than the value they create.

it's an chemical engineering company but I do the manufacturing of the product rather than design the product which is much easier NGL I wish I could design it but it's very complicated and above my pay grade they get like 40 k I get 20 it shows you the gap in skill tbqh.
