Depends on your age obviously, and your looks. If you're under 30 with a hairline like that wear a hair system or take drugs and pray you get a good response. Over 30 it's definitely possible to rock that look with an attractive face. Balding is something that is largely mitigated by the face above a certain age when it is expected/accepted. Unlike say a weak jaw which is a death sentence for everyone no matter what.
