I go to the gym since 2 months or so still not seeing very good progress, but i definitely grew some biceps and shoulders tho, plus i don't think i got small testicles, is it klinefelters? is it all over?

Thanks for the reply bro, I have known I've got gynecomastia since few years, and honestly it doesn't even brothers me that much, I'll get rid of it sooner or later, but the thing I'm really worried about is kfs man, imagine living inside a female body as a man, I also have fat butts my friends almost mention this everyday that i got fat butts that's also a symptom of this condition, let's just hope this isn't the case, else i know how to hang myself

Yes man, life is very unfair to be honest, i was already worried about everything, picked myself up started working out as a gym freak, mewing, everything to get better, but than i found about kfs, just hope this isn't the case

I can't, but klinefelters people usually have much, much wider hips than you with a narrow ribcage and noticeable gynecomastia.

If you suspect klinefelters syndrome, check with a doctor.

You do have gyno. The surgery is not horrible though, it's a 1 hour outpatient operation and recovery time is a month or less.

I was irrationally worried about the same thing despite having no symptoms aside from very minor gyno
I read that if you have balls larger than 3.5cm in length you its pretty much impossible to have klinefelters

Its also extremely rare at one out of 700 having it
