Could I get into any trouble for having an account on this site?
Could I get on some sort of watchlist?

your email address can barely be traced back to you unless its like firstname.secondname@gmail.com or some shit, but they have your IP if they ask Mods for it and guaranteed the Mods will give everyones IP to authorities if they ask for it
